Kazuki Yoshioka was born in a suburb of Tokyo in 1946. He studied at the Kofukai Art Academy in Japan. In 1965 he studied at Kafukai Art Academy in Japan.
In 1966 he enrolled in the National School of Beaux-Art in Paris, where he has remained to create his art. He has been most influenced by the classic Impressionists. The Impressionist paintings of Paris and its ‘Environs’ by Japanese born French artist Kazuki Yoshioka are sure to rekindle memories of a trip to Paris……or make you want to visit soon!
Yoshioka’s subjects range from a simple doorway with pots of flowers, to the famous bridges over, and working boats docked along Quai of the Seine. Today he makes his home in Paris.
