Andrew continued his studies at both the California College of the Arts and Pilchuck Glass School in Washington. In 2000, he established his own business called Axiom Glass Studio. Andrew currently lives and works out of Detroit.Andrew's work is bold and grand. His pieces are often oversized for a strong visual effect. The artist often uses bright, intense colors, but he also utilizes clear glass to achieve a similar feel and aesthetic. The artist combines glass and metal in his wall flower series. He uses bold colors such as red and yellow for his flowers, which provide a beautiful contrast to the black metal that make up the stems. Andrew's designs are very modern and their size and composition evoke a sense of valor and free spirit. Each sculpture is a conversation piece that will surely brighten and define any room.
